Our production process

Every animated video we produce follows a four-step process. No bloated timelines. No mystery about what happens between kickoff and delivery.

1. Creative Brief & Storyboard

We start with a call. You tell us what the video needs to accomplish — who's watching, what they should feel, what action they should take. We translate that into a written creative brief, then a visual storyboard that maps every scene, every transition, and every beat of the script.

You approve the storyboard before a single frame gets animated. No surprises downstream.

2. Style Frames & Design

Next, we design the visual language. Colour palette, typography, character style, background treatment, iconography. We produce 3–5 style frames — fully rendered still images that show exactly what the final animation will look like.

This is where the brand identity gets locked in. Every frame we animate after this point follows the approved style.

3. Animation & Motion

This is where static designs start moving. We animate scene by scene, building out transitions, timing, easing curves, and motion graphics that bring the storyboard to life. You get a rough cut for feedback before we polish.

Whether it's 2D animation, 3D animation, or a hybrid — the motion work is where craft matters most. Timing is everything.

4. Sound Design & Delivery

Great animation with bad audio is unwatchable. We add music, sound effects, voiceover (if needed), and mix everything to broadcast standards. Final delivery in every format you need — 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, with and without captions.

The whole process typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and length.

Enterprise — custom pricing Multi-video packages, brand systems, ongoing content retainers, or complex 3D animation projects. We scope these individually because no two enterprise projects look the same.
