1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services provided by LSD Dev Studio ("LSD," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
LSD Dev Studio provides digital product development services including but not limited to:
- Web application development
- Mobile application development
- UI/UX design and research
- Animated video production
- Portfolio and branding solutions
- SaaS product development
The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be outlined in a separate project proposal or statement of work.
3. Project Engagements & Scope
All project engagements are governed by a mutually agreed statement of work (SOW) or project proposal. Any work outside the defined scope will require a separate agreement or change order. LSD reserves the right to decline work that falls outside the agreed scope.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client. LSD retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and proprietary components used in the development process. LSD reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, amounts, and methods will be defined in the project proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. Work may be paused on accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.
6. Revisions & Change Requests
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional revisions or changes to the original scope will be billed separately at the prevailing hourly or project rate. All change requests must be submitted in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties for a period of two (2) years.
8. Disclaimers & Warranties
LSD Dev Studio provides its services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific expectation. We make no guarantees regarding third-party integrations, hosting providers, or platform availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSD Dev Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
10. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LSD Dev Studio, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the delivered work, including any content or materials provided by the client for incorporation into the project.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Amendments
LSD Dev Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
