Project-related data (contracts, deliverables, communications) is retained for three (3) years after the engagement ends, for reference and legal purposes. Contact form inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months.

Here's what we actually do: the website is served over HTTPS, email uses standard encryption in transit, and we don't store passwords or payment card numbers on our systems. We're a small team — we don't have a dedicated security department, but we take your data seriously and follow current best practices.
